About Me...
Artist Statement:
Married for six years to the love of my life, my husband and I are the quintessential story of successful online dating. The country mouse and the city mouse—we found common ground paddling our canoes and now spend hours exploring the quiet waters of upstate New York and in the cold dark days of upstate winters, in the Florida Keys. Joe, the city boy from Yonkers, is my most avid fan and biggest supporter. He keeps me well stocked with paint and paper and never complains when I am gone for days to a workshop, learning ever more about my craft.
I hope you enjoy my art and find that thing in my work that brings you joy every time you look at it—that particular something that draws your eye and makes you feel. That is the thing that draws me to art. I have paintings I have paid a lot of money for and I have prints that cost very little, but both have that certain something that stirs my soul.
May your soul be stirred.
